Tiziana is a native Italian born and raised in Palermo, who relocated to the USA in 2011, taking with her a profound passion for Italian culture and traditions, as well as a wealth of professional experience.
For the last five years she’s been living in Houston, Texas where she created multiple programs aimed at promoting authentic Italian cuisine and the culture of eating healthy, many of them entirely dedicated to children 3 to 12 years of age, becoming a point of reference in the food sector for the Italian and the Italophile Texan communities. Many, the recognitions obtained by the highly successful events signed by her, which received ample attention from both Italian and American media.
Meet Chef Tiziana
An avid lover of swimming, breast stroke specialist with a past of Italian Masters Swimming Champion, Wonderfrog, as she is better known in the swimming environments, inherited her passion for working with children and for cooking from her mother.
Considered, by most, a creative volcano in constant eruption of ideas, in 2016 Tiziana also managed special events, public relations and marketing for the Houstonian locations of the well-known Lombardi Family Concepts Italian and French Restaurant chain. She is also Head of Foreign Relations of “Scelte di Gusto”, an Italian online enogastronomic magazine.
